1. Stretch the fingers for around 10 seconds and feel the strain in the knuckles.
2. After that, clench your fist and relax your fingers.


Stretch forward with your hands together and feel the strain on your shoulders. This can help to relieve neck strain after working long hours

Good computer habits

1. We should take a break of 3 minutes every 45 minutes we spent in front of the computer. We can breathe in deeply and stretch our arms and neck during the break.

2. Try to alternate the hands when using the computer. For example, we could alternate our left and right hands to control the mouse. This prevents shoulder strain on one side of the body.

3. When using a laptop, be sure to raise the laptop so that the top of the screen is at eye level and ensure that the laptop are not placed too high or low on the table.

Importance of
ergonomics


Ergonomics is the study of science of making sure that someone maximizes their productivity through the use of equipment that is designed to match their mental and physical needs and limits. It keeps the main asset of the company, the workers, in their best conditions to work.
Facts about ergonomics

1. It enables greater productivity as it reduce the amount of physical and mental stress will enable workers to concentrate more on their work.

2. Prevents Carpal Tunnel Syndrome which is caused by prolonged periods of bad positioning while sitting down. It can cause It causes itching and numbness in the palm and fingers.
